The Benevolence ministry at GracePoint is more than giving people a hand out. We want to give people a hand up. If you are not a member of GracePoint
, we do have food available for those in need.As members,
we want you to have the opportunity to receive not only financial assistance, but also spiritual guidance in how to steward the finances God has given them. (You must have been a member a minimum of 6 months to qualify for financial assistance. Also, no financial assistance is given for medical, legal or cable bills.)
In addition to this, individuals or families seeking assistance will be asked to meet with a benevolence team member to walk through 6 sessions of guidance in the area of finances and stewardship. We believe these 6 sessions will help change the way people look at their finances moving into the future.
