Find the Way.
Find the way to the Person, the People, and the Lifestyle of Jesus.
Why Midweek?
Wednesdays, 6:30-8:00 PM - Starting April, 15
Gracepoint is expanding our midweek gatherings to create space for every age to grow as disciples of Jesus. Each Wednesday night, our church will come together to dive into God's Word and provide age specific teaching across the generations of our church. Whether you’re an adult, student, or parent, there’s a place for every member of your family to be equipped to live out God's Word in everyday life.

So why Find the Way?
When you look at the early church in scripture, you see that there was a vertical worship of God, a horizontal commitment to one another, and an outward-focused movement towards the community. GracePoint desires to help both our members and our community take hold of who Jesus is and God's good design for His people.
In the book of Acts, we see that the early church had a reputation in the community for love and good works that overflowed from a genuine love and devotion to Jesus Christ. We desire to be a church family that is consistently growing in Christ (both personally and corporately), meeting needs in our community, and reaching the world with the hope of the gospel.
Additionally, as we are currently in a cultural climate that celebrates individual "truths", we desire to hold fast to the ultimate Truth, faithfully declaring that Jesus is Lord, and inviting all to take part in the way of Jesus.

Find the Way is a outward-moving message that communicates what we are about and the hope we offer to the world.
Find the Way:
1. to the Person of Jesus
Jesus Christ is called the Way in the New Testament. The message that the church is designed to herald to the world is that God has provided one way for humanity to be restored to a right standing with God. He has provided one way to be saved from sin and death. This way is through Jesus, the Son of God who died for sin, conquered death when He rose from the grave, and secured eternal redemption for those who believe that Jesus is Lord of all.

2. to the People of Jesus
In first-century Christianity, Christians were referred to as the way. When God brings His people together to glorify Himself, the world sees Jesus through how God’s people walk in His design for the church: sustained by the scriptures, empowered by the Spirit, constant in prayer, and faithful to serve one another and the world.
The call for the church to glorify God in His mission is not just a call to individual lives. It is a call for Christians to make the gospel visible in their pursuit of Jesus and obedience to God through living life together.
Acts 2:42-47, Ephesians 4:1-16, Acts 9:2, Acts 22:4, Acts 19:23, Acts 24:14

3. to the Lifestyle of Jesus
If you're a believer in Jesus, God’s greatest plan for you is to become like Jesus, taking on His lifestyle. This process of setting aside our selfish ways and learning to love Jesus, obey Jesus, and share the way of Jesus is called discipleship. This design is for our good and God’s glory.
Discipleship does not start with behavior. It starts with coming to Christ, learning to abide in Him, resting in His promises, and relying on the Holy Spirit to change us. As a church, we are committed to helping our members and the world learn to live and share the way of Jesus, walking in God’s design for His people.
Luke 6:40, Matthew 28:16-20, John 15
