Over the last year, we have been in the process of migrating to a new church management software, Planning Center. The goal of this migration is to unify all of our systems, and the next step in that process is giving.
Below you will find step-by-step instructions walking you through the process of moving your recurring gift from Subsplash to Planning Center. This process can be done on a computer or a smart phone. Step One - Cancel Your Gift in Subsplash
Click the button below to access your Subsplash giving account. If you aren't already logged in, follow the prompts to login to your account.
- Select your name in the top right corner of the screen and click Account.
- Select Scheduled Gifts, select your scheduled gift, then scroll down and select Delete Gift.
Step Two - Setup Your Gift in Church Center
Click the button below to open the Church Center giving page. This can also be done from the Church Center app.
- Follow the prompts to log into your Church Center account, starting with verifying your phone number.
- Type in your gift amount, select General for the fund, then change the frequency to Regularly.
- Fill out the rest of the information, including your payment method, then click the Start Giving button at the bottom.
Important Note: In order to offer a convenient online giving option, GracePoint pays processing fees on gifts. Using your bank account instead of a debt card incurs a significantly smaller processing fee. You also have the option to cover that processing fee for the church by checking the box, helping us save money on fees in the long run.
Step Three - Download the Church Center App
The Church Center app is the new hub for all things GracePoint. On the app, you can give, register for events, view your small group, view your volunteer schedule, and more. If you haven't already, click the button below to download Church Center!
