STEP ONE:  Check the Calendar for Availability

View the calendar below and make sure that the date and time you are requesting is available.


STEP TWO: Read Our Ark Facility Policy

Please read and agree to our Facility Usage Policy. By continuing to steps three and four, you are agreeing to our Ark Facility Policy. 


STEP THREE: Review the Fees and Cancellation Policy 

FEES (Starting May 1, 2026)
Non-Member Rate:  $400
GracePoint Church Active Member Rate:  $200

We can accept payment by card, cash, or check. Card payments can be made by clicking the link found in your response email from our Ark Ambassador. Payment of cash or check can be delivered personally during office hours (Monday-Thursday, 9am-2pm). All payments must be made within 24 hours of the request to secure your reservation.

Please note: The requester who completes the online form and checks the box to agree to policies, fees, and regulations will be financially liable for all damages and resource use.

15-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY
If a 15-day notice is given with your cancellation, we will gladly refund 50% of your payment. No refunds will be issued after the 15-day timeframe.

TRANSFER POLICY
If a 15-day notice is given, we will do our best to accommodate the transfer request for no additional fee. Due to the Ark often being fully booked, there is no guarantee that a transfer date will be available.


STEP FOUR: Request a Party Slot 

Completing this form only requests the reservation. 

Initially, you will receive an automatic response confirming that your request has been successfully submitted. You will receive an additional, personalized email response within two business days. It will advise if you are the first to request that day and time, and, if so, what your next steps are for submitting your payment to hold your reservation. If you have not received this additional email response from the Ark Ambassador within three business days, please contact gracepointark@gmail.com.

After you have completed steps 1 - 3, you may request a party slot. 


STEP FIVE: Lock-In Your Reservation 

If your requested time is available, you will receive a personal email confirmation from our Ark Ambassador that includes payment instructions to permanently hold your reservation. When we have received your payment, your reservation will be locked in. If we do not receive a payment within 24 hours of sending the payment instructions, your requested time will open back up.

If you do not receive this additional email within three business days, you can contact our Ark Ambassador at gracepointark@gmail.com. Only the Ark Ambassador will be able to confirm party information. Please also remember to check your "junk" or "spam" email folder as sometimes our emails get sorted into these folders by mistake. Emails will come from gracepointark@gmail.com.
